Register & Pay

 

Registration and Payment is Easy!

 

Step One:

Please email us through our Contact Us page for class information, availability and to register your child. If you were referred to us by a friend, please include that information as well. Our classes fill quickly, for this reason, we do not take on-line registration. If the class you wanted is not available, we will be happy to place your child on an active wait-list.

 

Step Two:

If the class you've selected is available, please log on to our websites Registration Form. Please complete our form and press SEND.

 

Step Three:

Once  your registration form is received, we'll email an invoice to you. Follow the simple steps on the invoice for fast, easy and secure  processing of your payment by *Intuit Merchant Services online. Full payment made within a week, will hold your child's spot on our roster.

 

Step Four:

yearly registration fee of $20.00 per family added to all registrations except our Puppet Workshop. Registration fees are valid September to June and are non- refundable.

Current Students:
Re-registration is Easy!


Over 95% of our students participate in Storybook Workshop classes for the full year. With that in mind, your fall registration holds your child's spot in our spring term. If your child will NOT be returning for our spring term we ask that you kindly let us know by December 1, 2017. Keep in mind, after December 1, 2017 you will be billed for next term.

 

Late tuition subject to a $20.00 late processing fee per child.

 

Refund policy

Tuition is refundable two weeks before the start of your child's first class (minus a $60.00 non-refundable processing fee). After that date, there are no refunds.

 

Make-up policy

If we have to cancel a class due to staff illness or church related conflicts, we will make-up the class at the end of the term. If we are cancelled due to inclement weather beyond our control, we will do our best to make-up classes missed however, we cannot guarantee a make-up for every weather related cancellation. 

We follow the Winchester Public School System for all weather related cancellations.
